Suzanne is PASSIONATE about HypnoBirthing The Mongan Method, and enjoys sharing the philosophy of HypnoBirthing with expectant parents. She offers a FREE no obligation information session each month , to explain personally the benefits of HypnoBirthing to Mothers Fathers and Babies, answer questions you may have, and give you understanding of how and why HypnoBirthing is changing the world of birth.

The Classes are held over 5 weeks , each one lasting for 2 1/2 hours. They are open to couples and single mothers, all will be welcomed. Regular classes are held in Swaffham on Friday evenings from 7 til 9.30pm, alternatively private classes held in the comfort of your own home can also be arranged.

Suzanne is happy to travel to the following areas for private classes. Bury St Edmunds, Burnham Market, Dereham, Downham Market , Fakenham, Holt, Kings Lynn, Norwich, Snettisham, Thetford Watton and Wells. She would be delighted to hold a one off group class in your area for 2 -4 mothers plus their chosen birth partner.

Group Classes in Swaffham are £179. Private classes in your home are £296

£44 deposit secures your place on the course.

You will receive your personal copy of the HypnoBirthing book, two practice CD's, official handouts with inspirational material , and the full HypnoBirthing course, including watching films of couples birthing using the relaxation techniques that you will learn. All the methods taught for enhanced relaxation will be demonstrated in class by suzanne.

Suzanne will offer you support by phone and email until after the birth of your baby, and you will be welcome to attend her weekly relaxation class for pregnancy and birth.
